Welcome to Natomas Park!

Congratulations on your purchase of property in the Natomas Park Master Association (NPMA) and your membership in the Homeowners Association!  We are so pleased to welcome you to our vast, thriving and diverse community!

You should have received copies of the Association’s governing documents when you purchased your property, but in case they’ve been set aside during your transition into your new home, we have provided links down below to some helpful documents to get you started.

  • The rules of the HOA community are described in what’s called the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). The CC&Rs describe the requirements and limitations of what you can do with your property. The goal of the CC&Rs is to protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the community.

  • Architectural guidelines are a set of standards for architectural or exterior property modifications or improvements that homeowners must follow.

  • The Club Rules outline the rules and expectations when using the facilities at The Club at Natomas Park.

  • The Community Rules are a simplified version of the CC&Rs with additional rules and regulations.

  • The newsletter is a monthly publication by the NPMA! It has current events & activities in the community, homeowner spotlights, and more! Sign up here to receive the newsletter and other updates via email.
