The 2020 Director & Delegate Election material was mailed on May 1, 2020. Please vote! Ballots must be returned by mail to the Inspector of Elections in the two envelopes provided so that they are postmarked by June 1, and received no later than 5:00 PM on June 3, 2020, at 4600 Northgate Blvd., Suite 135, Sacramento, CA 95834. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, ballots will not be accepted by hand-delivery, and must be mailed to the Inspector of Elections.
The Annual Membership Meeting and the Election of Delegates and the Annual Delegate Meeting & Election of Directors will be held Thursday, June 11, 2020, starting at 5:00 PM. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting will not be held in person. The meeting will be conducted by video conference and all members will be able to join the video conference and observe the opening and counting of the ballots.

The ballots will be opened and counted at 2101 Club Center Drive, Sacramento, 95835, but no one will be permitted to attend this location except the Inspectors.
If you would like to speak during the open forum, please submit your comments and questions by email in advance of the meeting by emailing them to dannelle.beall@natomaspark.com. If possible, the host of the meeting will give members an opportunity to speak live on the video conference. However, due to the difficulty in facilitating group discussions with a large number of attendees on a video conference, this may not be possible, so submitting your statements in advance will help ensure your comment is made and heard. Written comments and questions will be read during the “open forum” so that everyone may hear the comments and questions.
Please Note that in the event the COVID-19 orders are lifted before the meeting date, this meeting may be changed to a meeting in person to be held at The Club, located at 2101 Club Center Drive, Sacramento, CA 95835, at the date and time listed above, or a future date and time if the voting period is extended. Further notice will be provided if this occurs, and all members will be permitted to attend in person
