An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely

This class will focus on total body and core strength while incorporating balance moves and stretches. It is the perfect way for seniors, those with mobility challenges, or anyone who wants to improve overall flexibility and strength while increasing balance and stability. This class may be done seated or standing and may utilize a variety of equipment.
