An event every week that begins at 5:30 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating indefinitely
This is sixty minutes of high-intensity interval training designed for everyone. This class takes the participant through a variety of strength training and cardio exercises with brief rest periods in-between to keep the heart elevated, increase metabolism, and burn fat!
Only members can make a reservation, no guests.
Each person attending must book their own reservation.
