Circuit Training (Sunday 8:30AM)

Improve your functional strength through endurance training, resistance training, and high-intensity aerobics. Exercises are completed in a circuit with little recovery time between them to push you to the next level.

Only members can make a reservation, no guests.

Each person attending must book their own reservation.
