This class provides a mix of cardio and core stabilizing exercises using a variety of equipment, such as weights, sliders, bands, and a step. It is designed to strengthen your abs, obliques, back, and hips, while improving posture, balance, endurance and flexibility.
Only members can make a reservation, no guests.
Each person attending must book their own reservation.
