Aqua Fit – LAST CLASS 6:30PM

This high energy workout is done in shallow water. The instructor will take you through cardio and strength building exercises using aqua equipment, and the resistance of the water to help you hit all major muscle groups. The buoyancy of the water reduces impact on your joints, making it suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You do not need to know how to swim, but must be comfortable in the water.
Only members can make a reservation, no guests. Each person attending must book their own reservation.
