Dear Member,
The Association is preparing for its annual director and delegate elections. Members of the Association are invited and encouraged to become candidates in this director and delegate election. There is one (1) position to be filled on the Board of Directors and each delegate district needs one (1) delegate and one (1) alternate delegate.
In order to be a candidate, at a minimum you must notify management by returning a completed copy of Page 2 by the deadline to the location stated below. Candidates and members advocating a point of view may, but are not required to, submit a director/delegate election statement that is related to the election. Director/delegate election statements may not exceed one side of a single 8-1/2 x 11-inch page, and may contain pictures on the one-sided page (see candidate sample on page 3). Director/delegate election statements that are received by the deadline for nominations, will be photocopied in black and white as submitted by the member, included with the voting materials to be mailed to all members, displayed at The Club, and published on the NPMA website. By submitting a director/delegate election statement, you accept full responsibility for its content. It is each candidate’s responsibility to confirm that their written nomination to be a candidate, and their director or delegate election statement, was received by the inspector of elections.
